You may request withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to completion of identity verification (KYC) and fulfillment of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend your Account if we suspect violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or need to conduct additional verification. Upon termination, any remaining genuine balance (excluding bonus funds and funds obtained through fraud) may be refunded to you at our discretion, minus any amounts owed to naza4d. Forfeited funds will not be returned.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance after deduction of applicable fees or outstanding obligations will be returned to you. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction under which naza4d is licensed, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter to our complaints department by emailing [email protected] with full details of your claim. We will investigate and respond within 10 business days. If you remain unsatisfied with the resolution, you may refer the matter to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service at your expense.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You expressly waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
